The staff was helpful getting the room ready early. I was able to change before my event! the room was clean. it was easy to reach this place and many restaurants are close by. the shower was amazing.

The tv signal was poor. It didn't work. it seemed pointless to even have a tv.

this hotel is within reasonable walking distance to buckingham palace. it is also close to big ben and piccadilly square. i found king's guard easily accessible too.
